Finding your feet in fluidity

I changed jobs this week. After five years in a constant and comfortable environment, I dared to step my toes into something different. Out of the predictable and into the unknown. Not just a different organisation and new role, but into an entirely unfamiliar working culture – being fluid.

You see this new employer is a community services organisation that has a constantly moving target. Their aim (much paraphrased) is to help high needs families rise above the obstacles that prevent them from providing and experiencing the safe and nurturing environment which all children deserve.
